The Glacier Martial circuit, the forests of Tierra del Fuego National Park, and the valley trailheads begin within walking distance. The pace here is dictated by the mountain, not the city.

Downtown Ushuaia is fifteen minutes on foot. The Martial Building sits in a residential pocket between the glacier and the Beagle Channel — calm, considered, and entirely removed from the tourist corridor.

The living and dining area is generous and bright. A breakfast bar anchors the space and becomes the natural gathering point of the day. Southern light filters in through the morning; the glacier fills the view beyond.

The sleeping layout accommodates six with genuine privacy: a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a daybed with trundle bed in the living area — each space contained, comfortable, and well-considered.

The fully equipped kitchen carries everything required for a self-sufficient mountain stay. Covered parking is available, subject to prior arrangement.
