The Glacier Martial circuit, the forests of Tierra del Fuego National Park, and the valley trailheads all begin within walking distance. You reach the mountain at your own pace and return to the warmth of the apartment when the day is done.

The Martial Building occupies Ushuaia's quietest and most considered corner — a residential and hotel district between the glacier and the Beagle Channel. Downtown is fifteen minutes on foot. The wilderness begins at the door.

The living spaces reflect the elevation. The main room is open and filled with light — mountain views frame every moment of the day, from the first coffee to the last hour of the evening.

Six guests sleep with genuine privacy and comfort: a main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a daybed with trundle bed in the living area — each space its own, the whole apartment seamlessly connected.

The fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar make extended stays entirely self-sufficient. Covered parking is available subject to prior arrangement.
